VCA ART 2021

Bachelor of Fine Arts (Photography)

Potential self harm, animal materials.

I like to turn video into liquid, whether actually filming water or reflecting the fluidity of memory or flow of life around me. What fascinates me is how some things look solid and liquid at the same time. The movement of flow – the oozing, enveloping, rinsing – through different states is mesmerising. And so, my work often reveals emotions hidden beneath the surface of liquid. I like to collaborate with composers, using music as a flowing
counterpoint.
